Ordering Instructions
Step 1: Choose the cards you want to buy
Step 2: Fill out the order form on the
next page
Step 3: Fax in or E-mail your order
Step 4: A quote sheet and a payment authorization form will be sent
to you.
Printing Timeline
After the order is received, it is printed and shipped within 48 hours
(excluding Sundays and Mondays) if it is
pre-ordered or the item is in stock. Pre-ordering is very important and guarantees
that the order is expedited within 48 hours. Pre-ordering means ordering the design and
quantity without the statistics for the baby. This final information is then Faxed in or
e-mailed to us after the baby is born. If you don't know the sex of the baby,
choose a design for a boy and one for a girl. You will only be charged for the one that
you use. If the item is not in stock and was not pre-ordered, 7-10 business days is
required to special order your stock.
Proof
A proof can be faxed or e-mailed for a charge. This process may delay shipping of
the order if approval is needed, your order will not be printed until we receive your
approval. Please follow up with us to make sure we receive your signed
approval.
Shipping Charges
Orders are shipped ground unless otherwise indicated. This service typically varies from
1-5 business days depending upon the distance it has to travel. The cost is
Ground $5.00, 3 Day Air $15.00 and Overnight $20.00. |

Second Day Air and Overnight shipping are available upon
request. You may receive envelopes early for pre-addressing. There is a
charge for this service. Please indicate if you would like them to be shipped early.
Payment
You may pay by credit card or check. Payment is due in full at the time the order is
placed. All sales are final.
